Neuronutrition Associates

After years of clinical practice, I kept running into the same problem: I couldn’t find the right supplements for my patients—especially those with neurological, immune, and mood challenges.

They were either too weak, poorly absorbed, filled with additives, or not designed with brain health in mind. That’s why I created Neuro Nutrients—a line of supplements that reflect what I actually needed in practice.

And while the formulations are clinical, the reason behind them is deeply personal. I’ve worked with families who’ve tried everything—only to feel like no one was really listening. Neuro Nutrients was born out of the desire to bridge that gap.

What I Kept Seeing in Practice

As a Doctor of Nursing Practice, Certified Clinical Nutritionist, and Functional Medicine Provider, I work with children, teens, and adults facing challenges like:

  • ADHD, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation
  • Neuroimmune conditions such as PANS/PANDAS
  • Chronic inflammation and detoxification challenges
  • Sleep difficulties, focus struggles, and nervous system dysregulation

When developing Neuro Nutrients, I didn’t just rely on clinical experience—I also turned to genomics for deeper insights. Using the IntellxxDNA® genomics tool (one of our trusted strategic partners), I analyzed key panels related to OCD, autism, depression, and anxiety. This allowed me to design formulas that take into account common genetic variants (SNPs) often seen in people with mood and focus challenges.

For example, certain variants in the serotonin transporter gene may correlate with lower serotonin levels and higher rates of anxiety or depression. Through IntellxxDNA’s evidence-based guidance, I identified targeted nutrients—like saffron and 5-HTP—that can support these pathways naturally.

While not every formula (such as our NAC, Immune Support, and Gut Support) was genomically driven, our Mood Support, Attention Support, and Methylation Support are intentionally built with these genetic patterns in mind—helping to bridge the gap between personalized genomics and real-world clinical care.

The Foundations of Neuro Nutrients

Our formulas are practitioner-informed and research-supported. Each supplement was built to:

  • Address root-cause dysfunction (neurotransmitter, methylation, oxidative stress)
  • Support focus, mood, memory, and nervous system balance
  • Use bioavailable, third-party tested ingredients
  • Leave out common allergens, artificial sweeteners, and unnecessary additives

We include key nutrients like:

  • Methylated B vitamins – for neurotransmitter production and energy, including active forms like methylcobalamin, folinic acid, and P5P to support methylation and avoid synthetic forms that may not be well-tolerated
  • Magtein® (magnesium threonate) – a patented form of magnesium developed at MIT, shown to cross the blood-brain barrier and support cognitive function by increasing magnesium concentrations in brain tissue
  • NAC – for detox support and reduction of oxidative stress, especially in neuroinflammatory conditions
  • Zinc, selenium, and quercetin – for immune and inflammatory balance
  • ImmunoLin® – a clinically studied, FDA-reviewed immunoglobulin-rich protein used in our Gut Support formula to support mucosal immunity and gastrointestinal health

Each formulation came out of a direct need I saw in the exam room—a patient struggling with mood regulation, a teen paralyzed by fatigue, a parent looking for help that didn’t create more side effects. These stories shaped the formulas.

Who Neuro Nutrients Is For

Although many of our protocols were developed for pediatric neurodevelopmental concerns, Neuro Nutrients was never intended to be just for kids.

Our formulas are used across the lifespan, for:

  • Children with ADHD, autism, or anxiety
  • Teens struggling with focus or school pressure
  • Adults facing burnout, brain fog, or chronic stress

The common thread? These are individuals whose brains need real, therapeutic support—and whose bodies need clean, trusted ingredients to feel safe using it.

One mom once told me: “This is the first time I’m giving a supplement and can actually see that its working.” It reminded me that formulation is about trust as much as it is about science.

What Makes Us Different

✔️ Clinical dosing – meaning therapeutic levels of nutrients that reflect what’s used in peer-reviewed studies and real-world clinical practice—not just the bare minimum needed to meet a label claim

✔️ Clean, tested ingredients – all formulas undergo third-party product verification and rigorous quality testing to ensure purity, potency, and safety

✔️ Designed by a provider who uses them in practice – these aren’t theoretical blends. They’re formulas refined through years of hands-on care with children, teens, and adults

✔️ Targeted for neurodevelopment, mental health, cognition, and resilience – not just symptom relief, but long-term support for brain-body systems across the lifespan

Neuro Nutrients exists because there was a gap in the market—and because our patients needed more than generic support.

Where to Start

Not sure which formula is right for you or your child? Start with:

  • Mood Support – for emotional regulation, inflammation, and nervous system balance
  • Attention Support – for dopamine support, mental clarity, and focus
  • Multivitamin + NAC – for foundational nutrient repletion and detox support

Conclusion

Neuro Nutrients wasn’t built in a lab. It was built in the clinic.

These are the tools I wished existed when I started my practice—and the ones we now rely on every day to support real outcomes.

Because when the body is supported at the root level, the brain can finally begin to heal.
