We require all patients to maintain an established primary care provider (PCP). Neuronutrition Associates does not replace your PCP, and we do not provide vaccines in our clinic. These services should be coordinated with your primary care physician or pediatrician.
If your application is accepted, you will be invited to register as a new patient and submit full payment for your selected provider’s initiation package. Once registration is complete, you will receive a welcome email and video with instructions on preparing for your first visit.
